What a completed engagement could look like
This page shows the shape and depth of deliverable our services produce — the layout, the kind of figures, the kind of metrics — so a prospective client knows what to expect before commissioning real work.
This is a representative example, not a completed client engagement
The location, figures, and outputs on this page are illustrative placeholders built to demonstrate methodology and reporting style. They do not represent a real project, a real client, or verified results. Replace this page with an actual case study as soon as one is available.
Methodology
How an engagement like this runs
Most engagements — whether an MRV pipeline, a land-use scenario, a connectivity assessment, a resilience study, or a capacity-building programme — follow the same three-phase arc, from initial scoping through to a client-ready deliverable.
01
Establish the reference case
We start by building a defensible baseline — satellite-derived land cover, biomass, connectivity, or social-ecological indicators for the area of interest — validated against whatever field data, local knowledge, or ancillary datasets are available. This baseline is the yardstick everything else is measured against.
02
Track change and model scenarios
We run the monitoring, modeling, or scenario pipeline appropriate to the service — longitudinal change detection, land-use projections, corridor or resilience modeling — on a cadence that matches the client’s decision timeline, not just a one-off snapshot.
03
Package a client-ready deliverable
Findings are documented and packaged to withstand scrutiny — whether that means a registry audit, a donor report, a county planning submission, or a workshop handoff — with the methodology reproducible and the assumptions stated plainly.
